I worked on missiles, missile launchers, and Firefinder radar in the Army. Then electrical engineering, industrial controls, PLC logic and HMI design on a steel mill floor. Then business and accounting, with a summer in a federal agency's audit and controls office. Then medicine; I hold a Doctor of Medicine degree. Every stop was the same work, troubleshooting high-consequence systems where the cost of being wrong is paid by someone else. You do not trust the story. You trust the record.
Moonwalker started because I gave AI agents real hands on my own machines. More than one agent was working on the same box, and the only reason I knew which one did what, and why, was the logbook. That is the core of the company. Give the agent a space and the tools it needs, record everything it was told and everything it did, and make sure nobody, including me, can quietly edit that record afterward.
Today I am Moonwalker's architect and builder. Moonwalker builds AI software for enterprise and government, from custom agents to command, control and communications software and private AI models. At its core is a governance plane for AI agents. It checks an agent's authority at the point where the agent acts, records the outcome outside the agent, and runs air-gapped or connected, on your machines. I also build the harnesses we test it with, fixed inputs, pinned configurations, and a stated line between a system failure and a model's behavior.
Accountability is not what limits capability. It is what makes capability grantable.
I do not believe in restricting AI. I believe the future is AI made as capable as possible, operating inside a space it cannot leave unnoticed, with the infrastructure present to see what it did and undo what went wrong. Any model we build for you is yours, weights included. We hold no data. The record lives on your infrastructure, on storage you chose.
